Mark S. Massa is an associate justice on the Indiana Supreme Court. He was appointed to the court by Governor Mitch Daniels on March 23, 2012 to fill the seat vacated by former chief justice Randall Shepard. He may serve on the court until March 2014. He will then be required to run for retention in the 2016 general election.[2]

Education

Massa earned his J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1989.[3]

Career

Massa ran an unsuccessfully for Marion County prosecutor in 2010.[4]
