Marshall County, West Virginia

Marshall County is within the Second Judicial Circuit of the West Virginia Circuit Court, and the Second Circuit of the West Virginia Family Courts.[1]

The United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia has jurisdiction in Marshall County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
