Mary Boyle

Mary J. Boyle is a judge on the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals. She was elected to this position on November 7, 2006 and took office on February 9, 2007.[1] She will be up for re-election in 2012, when her 6-year term ends.[2][3]
Biography
Justice Boyle was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree from Ithaca College and her law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.[3]
Legal career
Justice Boyle first practiced law with the firm Zashin and Rich, LPA. In 1996, she was elected to the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, where she served for 10 years before her election to the Court of Appeals in 2006.[3]
