The Massachusetts judicial elections of 2010 consist of a Primary Election on September 14, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010.
Overview
Massachusetts Supreme Court
The Massachusetts Supreme Court consist of a Chief Justice and six Associate Justices. Justices are appointed by the Governor with the permission of the Governor's Council. Justices must retire at the age of seventy, the mandatory age of retirement. There are currently no justices up for election this year.
