Matheson appointed to 10th Circuit Court of Appeals

Utah: President Obama appointed Scott M. Matheson, Jr. to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit today. He now awaits confirmation by the Senate.

Matheson has been a faculty member of the S.J. Quinney College of Law (University of Utah) since 1985. He currently holds the Hugh B. Brown Presidential Endowed Chair at this school.[1]
