Matthew McFarland is a judge on the Ohio Fourth District Court of Appeals. He was elected to this position in 2004 and he has filed for re-election in 2010, when his 6-year term ends.[1]

Biography

Judge McFarland earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Capital University. He now lives in Scioto County with his family.[2]

Legal career

Judge McFarland has worked as a Scioto County Assistant Prosecutor, Special Counsel for the Ohio Attorney General, Licking County Assistant County Prosecutor and a private practice lawyer. In addition to his position on the Court of Appeals, he is an adjunct professor for Shawnee State University.[2]
