Hoffman received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University and his J.D. from Syracuse University Law School.[2]

Career

Hoffman began his legal career as a law clerk for Judge Harold Lavien. Prior to his appointment to the court, Hoffman was a partner with the firm Looney & Grossman LLP.[2]
