The Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance is a judicial disciplinary agency in Mississippi.[1]
Organization
The Commission is made up of seven members: Three trial court judges, one Justice Court judge, one lawyer, and two members of the public. All members are appointed by the Mississippi judiciary.[2]
