Monongalia County, West Virginia

Monongalia County is within the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of the West Virginia Circuit Court, and the Twentieth Circuit of the West Virginia Family Courts.[1]

The United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia has jurisdiction in Monongalia County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
