Michael McAlpine did not run for another term when his expired in 2010. Candidates for his seat were Mark L. Goodman and Kerry Sullivan-Flock, with Goodman taking the seat. There was also a newly created seat on the Monroe County Court. The candidate who ran was J. David Rice.[1]
