Montgomery County is the only county in the 15th Circuit of Alabama.[1]
The people of Montgomery County are served by a Circuit Court, District Court, Probate Court and a Municipal Court.
The United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama has jurisdiction in Montgomery County. Appeals from the Middle District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
