Montgomery County, Texas contains seven judicial districts, one County Court, and five County Courts at Law.[1]

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas has jurisdiction in Montgomery County. Appeals from the Southern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
