Morgan County, Georgia

Morgan County is located within the Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit of the Superior Court Eighth District.

In addition to the Superior Court the people of Morgan County are served by a Probate Court, a Juvenile Court, a Magistrate Court and two Municipal Courts.

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia has jurisdiction in Morgan County. Appeals from the Middle District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
