Murray Merle Schwartz (b. 1931) is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware serving on senior status.
Richard Nixon nominated Schwartz to the court on March 21, 1974, to the seat vacated by Caleb Wright. He was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on April 5, 1974, and received commission on April 17, 1974.[1]
He served as the District of Delaware's chief judge from 1985-1989 and assumed senior status on June 15, 1997. [1]
