The Nebraska Commission on Judicial Qualifications is a judicial disciplinary agency in Nebraska.[1]
Organization
The Commission is made up of ten members: the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, one district court judge, one county court judge, and one judge from another court, three lawyers, and three members of the public. The Judges are appointed by the Chief Justice, the lawyers by the Executive Council of the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the members of the public by the Governor.[2]
