The Magistrate Courts are courts in New Mexico that have jurisdiction over cases including landlord-tenant rights, traffic violations, and preliminary felony hearings. [1] At the time of writing this article no comprehensive list of judges could be found for the various Magistrate Courts. However, there is a list containing contact information for the courts themselves that can be found here.

Magistrate Courts There are 66 magistrate judges in New Mexico, serving 54 magistrate courts.[2]

County Magistrate Courts

There is no magistrate court in Bernalillo County. The Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court has jurisdiction.
