New president of the Georgia Council of Probate Courts named

Georgia: Judge Lynwood Jordan of the Forsyth County Probate Court has been appointed as this year's president of the Georgia Council of Probate Courts. As president Jordan will represent the Probate Judges of the state before the state's legislature, governor, and judicial council. Jordan succeeds Judge Tammy S. Brown and said this of his being selected, "It’s an honor that all these probate judges ... chose me to lead them for a year."[1]
