Nicholas County, West Virginia

Nicholas County is within the Twenty-Eighth Judicial Circuit of the West Virginia Circuit Court, and the Sixteenth Circuit of the West Virginia Family Courts.[1]

The United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia has jurisdiction in Nicholas County. Appeals from the Southern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
