Norman Davis is the Associate Presiding Judge/Juvenile Court Presiding judge (Phoenix Division) for the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona.[1] He was appointed Presiding Judge of this court on December 28, 2009, effective July 1, 2010.[2]
