The O`ahu First Circuit Court is one of 4 circuit courts in Hawaii. It is a trial court of general jurisdiction in criminal and civil cases. It also has exclusive jurisdiction in probate, guardianship and criminal felony cases, and civil cases regarding amounts over $25,000.[1]
