The Ohio Third District Court of Appeals is one of twelve districts in the Ohio District Courts of Appeal. It was established under Section 3, Article IV, of the Ohio Constitution. [1]
Overview
This Court has appellate jurisdiction over the judgments and final orders issued by:

The Third Court's office is located in Allen County. The Third Appellate District includes the counties of Allen, Auglaize, Crawford, Defiance, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Logan, Marion, Mercer, Paulding, Putnam, Seneca, Shelby, Union, Van Wert and Wyandot. [1]
