The Ohio judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on May 4, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010.

Justices to the Ohio Supreme Court and Ohio District Courts of Appeal are elected to six year terms. They run in the partisan primary election, but switch to non-partisan candidates for the general election.
