The Oklahoma judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Primary Election on July 27, 2010 and a General Election on November 2, 2010.

Supreme Court

• Steven Taylor was retained with 64.88% of the vote.
• James R. Winchester was retained with 65.02% of the vote.

Court of Civil Appeals

• Deborah Barnes was retained with 64.11% of the vote.
• Doug Gabbard was retained with 61.6% of the vote.
• John Fischer was retained with 62.74% of the vote.
• Larry Joplin was retained with 62.46% of the vote.

District courts

Seventy-five District Court seats were filled in 2010 along with 77 Associate District Judge seats, one from each county.
