Oregon judicial system

The state courts in Oregon are the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and state trial courts, including Oregon circuit courts and the Oregon Tax Court. There are also courts at the local level including municipal, county, and justice courts, which operate outside of the state funded court system.

Linn County judges announce retirement

Oregon: Rick J. McCormick, the Presiding Judge of the Linn County Circuit Court, has announced that he plans to retire on May 31st of this year. Glen D. Baisinger, another judge on this court, also plans to retire at the same time. Both judges have served on this court for over 20 years.[1]
