Patricia Kelly

Patricia J. Kelly is a judge on the Florida Second District Court of Appeal. She was appointed to this position in 2001 by Governor Bush.[1]
Biography
Patricia Kelly was born on Christmas (December 25) of 1956 in New Orleans. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 1983 and went on to receive her law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1986.[1]
Legal career
Patricia Kelly began her legal career practicing with law firms in Tampa and West Palm Beach. She became a staff attorney for a James E. Lehan, a judge on the Second District Court of Appeal. She later went back to private practice, working on appellate matters until her appointment to the Court of Appeal.[1]
