Biography

A native of New Orleans, LA, Judge Murray is a 1982 graduate of Tulane University College and earned her Juris Doctorate from the Tulane University School of Law in 1984.

Legal career

Judge Murray practiced law privately from 1984-1994 and has been a Justice on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal since 1994.
