Marx received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York - Plattsburgh in 1977 and his J.D. degree from New York Law School in 1982.[3]
Career
Marx is a former partner of Marx & Aceste, LLP. He also ran his own law practice. Prior to his judicial election, he was a litigation partner with the firm of DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Wise & Wiederkehr, LLP.[3]
