Paul E. Riley (1942-2001) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Riley was nominated by President Bill Clinton on August 16, 1994, to a new seat created by 104 Stat. 5089; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 6, 1994, and received commission the next day. He served until his retirement on December 10, 1999.[1] Riley was succeeded in this position by Michael Joseph Reagan.
