Perkins County, South Dakota

Perkins County is one of eight counties located within the South Dakota Fourth Judicial Circuit.[1] The people of Perkins County are served by a Circuit Court and a Magistrate Court.
The United States District Court for the District of South Dakota has jurisdiction in Perkins County. Appeals from the District of South Dakota go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
