Peter Oppeneer is a part-time federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. He was appointed to this position on July 23, 2009 for a four-year term. He is also the court clerk.[1]
Career
From 1978 to 2008, Oppeneer worked as a career law clerk to Judge John C. Shabaz. He then became the clerk of court for the Western District Court.
