Phil McClellan McNagny, Jr. (1924-1981) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
McNagny was nominated by President Gerald Ford on June 24, 1975, to a seat vacated by George Beamer; he was confirmed by the Senate on May 6, 1976, and received commission the next day. He served the Northern District of Indiana until his death on March 28, 1981.[1] McNagny was succeeded in this position by Michael Kanne.
