Philip McNulty is a judge for the Colorado First Judicial District Court.[1] He was appointed by Gov. Bill Ritter in 2008 to a provisional two-year term.[2] He was then retained in 2010 and to a full six-year term, ending in January 2017.[3][4]
Education
McNulty received his B.S. and B.A. from Colorado State University in 1981 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Law School in 1984.[2]
