Polly A. Hoye is a multi-bench judge of the Fulton County Court and the Fulton County Surrogate's Court in New York. She has served in this position since 2002, following her election. Her current term ends in 2021. She also serves on the Fulton County Integrated Domestic Violence Court.

Hoye began her career in 1985 as an Assistant Fulton County Public Defender. She was promoted to Public Defender in 1988. The following year, she became an Assistant Fulton County District Attorney. She became a District Attorney in 1996 and worked in that capacity until her judicial election in 2001. In 2002, she joined the County Court.
