Rabe Ferguson Marsh, Jr. (1905-1993) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Marsh was nominated by President Harry Truman on March 27, 1950, to a seat vacated by Robert Murray Gibson;[1] he was confirmed by the Senate on June 2, 1950, and received his commission on June 8th. He served as chief judge from 1969-1975. He assumed senior status on January 31, 1977, and served in this capacity until his death on April 19, 1993. Marsh was succeeded in this position by Donald Ziegler.
