Randall T. Eng is the presiding justice of the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department. He has served in this division since January of 2008.[1] He was retained to his position on the Supreme Court in 2004 and his current term ends on December 31, 2018.[2][3] In 2012 he was appointed as the presiding justice for the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division.[4]
Biography
Judge Eng was born in Canton, China. He received a B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1969 and a J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1972. He has served in the New York Army National Guard and as a Colonel in the Judge Advocate General's Corps.[1][5]

Achievements
Judge Eng became the first Asian-American to serve as a presiding justice in New York State's history. [4]
