Rex D. Stacey is a Minnesota First Judicial District judge for Dakota County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position on September 3, 1996 and his current term expires in January of 2017.[1]

Education

Stacey was born in 1952. He received a B.S. degree from St. Cloud State University in 1976 and a J.D. degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1982.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Stacey worked as a private practice attorney from 1982 to 1996. He also judged on the Dakota County District Court in 1983.[1]

2010 election

Stacey was re-elected after running unopposed.[2]
