Rich Melnick is a Superior Court judge for the Clark Superior Court, Washington. He was appointed to the court in January of 2010 by Governor Gregoire to fill a vacant seat. Melnick must run in the 2010 judicial election if he wishes to keep the seat. [1]

Prior to his appointment to the Superior Court, Melnick was a judge for the Clark County District Court in Clark County, Washington. [2]
