Richard E. Stowe is a judge for the Riga Town Court in Monroe County, New York. His current term expires on December 31, 2014. [1]

Stowe ran as a Republican for the Riga Town Court and won.[2] He ran for the seat vacated by the retirement of Joseph J. Steinwachs. No candidates ran against Stowe.[3]
