Richard W. Sabers (born February 12, 1938 in Salem, South Dakota) is a former associate justice of the South Dakota Supreme Court. He retired in 2009.

Sabers was appointed to the state's highest court in 1986 by Republican Governor Bill Janklow, representing the state's Second Supreme Court District. He was retained on the court by voters in 1990, 1998 and 2006.[1][2][3]

Sabers was succeeded on the court by Glen A. Severson.[4]
