Ritchie County, West Virginia

Ritchie County is within the Third Judicial Circuit of the West Virginia Circuit Court, and the Fourth Circuit of the West Virginia Family Courts.[1]

The United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia has jurisdiction in Ritchie County. Appeals from the Northern District go to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
