Robert Aguilar

Robert Peter Aguilar (1931-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Aguilar was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on April 3, 1980, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 18, 1980, and received commission that same day. He assumed senior status on April 15, 1996. He served the Northern District of California until his retirement on June 24, 1996.
