Robert V. Beltrani is an Administrative Law Judge in the New York State Division of Parole.[1]
Education
Robert Beltrani received his B.S. degree from Long Island University/C.W. Post in 1985 and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1988.
Career
Beltrani has worked as a lawyer, an Administrative Law Judge for the New York Department of Finance, and has volunteered as an arbitrator for the Queens County Civil Court. He now serves as an Administrative Law Judge for the Division of Parole.[1]
Elections
2012 election
Beltrani ran for a seat on the 11th District Supreme Court. He was one of five candidates competing for three seats in the general election on November 6, 2012. [2][3]

Beltrani ran unsuccessfully for a seat on the New York Supreme Court 11th Judicial District in 2011. He faced eleven candidates for six judicial seats on November 8, but received 6.5% of the vote.[4][5]

2009 Supreme Court race
On November 3, 2009, Robert Beltrani ran for the position of New York Supreme Court justice for the 11th District (Queens County). He lost to Daniel Lewis, Diccia T. Pineda-Kirwan, Thomas D. Raffaele. Beltrani is a Republican.[6][1]
