Robert Lewis Brown, Sr. (1892-1948) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the District of Montana.

Brown was nominated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt on March 12, 1945, to a seat vacated by James Harris Baldwin; he was confirmed by the Senate on March 27, 1945, and received commission on April 7, 1945. He served the District of Montana until his death on April 2, 1948.
