Robert Edward DeMascio (1923-1999) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

DeMascio was nominated by President Richard Nixon on June 14, 1971, to a seat vacated by Theodore Levin; he was confirmed by the Senate on July 22, 1971, and received commission that same day. He assumed senior status on January 16, 1988, and served in that capacity until his death on March 23, 1999.[1] DeMascio was succeeded in this position by Bernard Friedman.
