Robert Herman

Robert Dixon Herman (1911-1990) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Herman was nominated by President Richard Nixon on October 2, 1969, to a seat vacated by Frederick Follmer; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 10, 1969, and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on September 25, 1981, and served until his death on April 5, 1990.
