Robert J. Humphreys is a judge on the Virginia Court of Appeals.

Legal career

Prior to his judicial career, Judge Humphreys worked as a prosecutor for 22 years. He served three terms as a Virginia Beach Commonwealth's Attorney and also worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.[1]
