Robert Johnston McMillan (1885-1941) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on December 15, 1931 to replace DuVal West. He was confirmed by the Senate on January 12, 1932, and received commission on January 19th. He served on this court until his death on October 27, 1941.[1] McMillan was succeeded in this position by Walter Keeling.
