Robert D. Rucker is an associate justice on the Indiana Supreme Court. He was the 105th justice appointed to the court; he was appointed by Governor Frank O'Bannon. Rucker took office on November 19, 1999 and his current term expires in 2022.[1][2] [3]

Education

Rucker received his B.A. from Indiana University in 1974 and his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1976. In 1998, he earned a Master of Laws in the judicial process from the University of Virginia Law School.[2]
