Robert D. Rucker is an associate justice on the Indiana Supreme Court. He was the 105th justice appointed to the court; he was appointed by Governor Frank O'Bannon. Rucker took office on November 19, 1999 and his current term expires in 2022.  
Rucker received his B.A. from Indiana University in 1974 and his
J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1976. In 1998, he earned a Master of Laws in the judicial process from the University of Virginia Law School.
