Robert Wollheim

Robert Wollheim is a judge on the Oregon Court of Appeals. He has served on this court since 1998. He was retained in November of that year[1] and was re-elected in May of 2004[2] to a 6-year term ending in January of 2011.[3]

Wollheim's term on the Court of Appeals expires at the end of 2010. If he wishes to retain the seat, he must run for re-election.

Biography

Judge Wollheim is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He received his B.S. degree from Portland University in 1979 and his J.D. degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1983.[4]

Legal career

Judge Wollheim began his legal career in 1983 as a clerk for the Court of Appeals. He then practiced with the law firm Welch, Bruun, Green & Wollheim from 1984 until he joined the Court of Appeals in 1998.[4]
