Early life and education
Rosenbaum earned her B.A. from Cornell University in 1988. She went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 1991 with a J.D.. [2]

Judicial career
Southern District of Florida, Magistrate judge
Rosenbaum was appointed a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in May 2007.[2]
Southern District of Florida
Obama nominated Rosenbaum on November 30, 2011 to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida to fill the vacancy left by Alan Gold.[3] Obama commented on all of the nominations, stating, “Throughout their careers, these nominees have displayed unwavering commitment to justice and integrity. Their records of service to the public and the legal profession are distinguished and impressive and I am confident that they will serve the American people well from the United States District Court bench. I am honored to nominate them today."[2][4]
She was rated Unanimously Well Qualified by the American Bar Association. She had a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee on February 29, 2012 and you can find her Committee Questionnaire Available Here and her Questions for the Record Available Here.[5]
On June 26, 2012, the United States Senate confirmed Robin Rosenbaum to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida with vote of 92-3.[6][7]
